Role : Relationship Manager OR Payments Relationship Manager

Location : Trafford Park, Manchester

Type : Part-Time/Permanent

Pro Rata Salary : £8,500 - £13,500

Hours : Monday-Friday - VARIOUS HOURS - anywhere from 16-20 hours per week, mainly ‘school-time’ and evenings

We are looking for people who have got experience in working in a telephone based environment and who are genuinely interested in building a career within a large and established financial services organisation.

Due to continued success and dedication to their customers, my client is looking to recruit for a number of roles across their Customer Relations Team and Customer Payment Team.

Relationship Manager

  • Supporting existing customers on a debt solution package
  • Ensure all support and advice on the debt solution is consistent with regulations, responding promptly to queries and signposting any complaints as necessary
  • Where customer vulnerability has been identified ensure that the relevant support teams are notified
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements of the debt solution are adhered to, referring to the customer’s proposal and modification to their solution

Payments Relationship Manager

  • Contacting existing customers to ensure the affordability of their arrangement and ensure that sustainable payment arrangements are in place in line with their debt solution
  • Contacting customers who are in arrears with their payment plan to arrange a suitable catch-up arrangement
  • Supporting customers with general queries
  • Setting up direct debits and taking debit card payments

Both roles involve speaking and supporting existing customers and ensuring the ongoing customer service is the best quality, in-line with the wider company ethos.

Interviews are conducted as assessment days on site in Trafford Park, Manchester from 10:00-14:00. The first assessment day is Thursday 19th May
