Senior Compensation Manager - EMEA

Description Lead the Compensation plan and activities in EMEA Region across all Labcorp business unitsDevelop compensation policies, programs and processes.Build and foster relationships with business leaders and decision makers through consultative efforts.Provide training and consultation to HR colleagues, managers and stakeholdersDrive and coordinate the change management as neededKeep apprised of country and local compensation regulations and standard practicesConsult with HR and business stakeholders on business needs and solutions; provide strategic view, while also serving as a hands-on leader with accountability for tactical executionParticipate in management of annual compensation cycleDevelop effective communications for compensation initiatives as neededCollaborate with global compensation team colleagues to provide consistent messaging and guidance in alignment with global initiatives.Collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, legal and finance across the regionCommunicate with HR Business Partners on compensation environment in the regionMay oversee the work of Compensation Analyst(s)Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent10+ years professional compensation experience with both analytical and strategic skillsExperience in performance management and pay-for-performance programsStrong business acumenKnowledge of local employment law and compensation practices across the regionExperience in framing and collaboratively solving highly complex problemsDemonstrated project management skillsExperience leading communications and change managementAbility to work with all levels of managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to influence and advise in a matrixed environmentPrior experience managing people and large projectsWhat you will find at Labcorp:Work-life balance: At Labcorp, you can manage your work-life balance with their employee-friendly leave policy and enjoy dedicated time with your friends and family.
