Seeking to recruit an Administrator to join a fantastic organisation, within their Finance department. You will have at least two years’ administration experience, with exposure to SAP and Excel. **THE ROLE:

  • Entering purchase invoices and receipts on the accounting system and matching with payments made.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Matching customer payments with outstanding sales invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records in the accounting system.
  • Helping the Sales Team to ensure sales invoices are paid on time.
  • Reconciling bank statements with the accounting records.
