Job Overview - Band 6, NHS Agenda for Change £32,306 - £39,027 - Base Crawley, with travel across the SECAmb area An exciting opportunity has arising to join our rapidly expanding HR Advisory Team, in this role you will be expected to provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of issues. Be key in supporting management to engage their staff and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases. The post-holders will take ownership of a varied caseload, support organisational change and will need to have good time management and prioritisation skills. Ideally, fully CIPD qualified, you will thrive on delivering a professional, customer-focused HR service that supports the Trust’s vision and values. The successful applicant will be required to travel regionally to locations across Surrey, Sussex and Kent, therefore a full driving licence is essential.
