Pension Client Fulfilment (Not Day-to-day Pensions)

Due to an internal promotion, my clients, a global leading financial services organisation is now seeking an additional Pensions Client Fulfilment Manager. This is not your normal "pension’s admin" role and would be an ideal career opportunity for a pension’s administration professional who possesses some client interaction and project based experience and who is now looking to progress and develop further. - Supporting the Senior Manager to create a framework and workflow to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client requests. - Analysing and clarifying client information requests to ensure efficient and effective delivery. - Liaising with corporate clients regarding timescales and deliverables, taking into account client requirements alongside operational processes. - Designing and implementing a workflow for requests that will provide the necessary controls and supports the MI reporting requirements. - Developing internal relationships to agree response times to ensure clients requirements are fulfilled within required timescales. - Supporting team members when dealing with escalated and complex queries, as well as working with auditors to streamline the process. - Identify common themes for the root cause of client complaints/breaches and work with Service Delivery to determine operational changes to prevent reoccurrence. Already working within a DB and/or DC pension’s environment with a good knowledge of regulations and legislation, it is essential that you possess proven communications skills, together with being highly organised with a strong attention to detail and ananalytical mindset As mentioned this is an ideal career opportunity for a pension’s administration professional who possesses some client interaction and project based experience and who is now looking to progress and develop further.
