Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

This is a great opportunity for a career focused and experienced Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager to join a well-established Commercial Motor Factors who sell specialist parts and accessories mainly to B2B / B2C customers.

You will be joining a great business and team of people with an extensive client base who are passionate about the Automotive Aftermarket and provide their customers the highest levels of support and service.

Having Automotive Aftermarket, Motor Factor or Technical Sales experience is desirable it isn't essential. However, what is essential is that you have a solid / proven Field Sales , Business Development or Account Management background where you have successfully sold specialist product and services mainly on B2B level.

  • Ideally Located_**:

  • Middlesbrough, Malton, Billingham, Stockton on Tees, Thornaby on Tees, Eaglescliffe, Ingleby, Barwick, Yarm, Darlington, Guisborough, Skelton in Cleveland, Hartlepool**

Salary**:

  • 30K to £35K basic DOE, Commission, Pension, Company Van, Laptop, Mobile Phone**

  • The Role:_

  • Be an experienced sales professional , field sales executive , business development manager with a proven track record ideally from a Motor factor , Automotive Sector or other Technical Sales backgrounds

  • A background in business-to-business sales / B2B :

  • A strong communicator with the ability to effectively build and maintain business relationships

  • Pro-active in identifying and generating new business opportunities

  • Self-motivated, well organised, driven, ambitious and seriously career minded

  • Must be a customer facing professional
