Your role as a Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager to play a pivotal role in our team. As the SIOP Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance to develop, implement, and maintain our SIOP process within our ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Long-Term Planning and Capacity Forecasting: Lead the strategic planning efforts by forecasting capacity needs and aligning them with business objectives. Demand Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales department to understand demand patterns and translate them into actionable plans for production and procurement. Production and Supply Chain Management: Manage and optimize production SCP data, including resource levels, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and standard times to ensure a balanced supply chain. Commercial Support: Assist in commercial activities by providing cost estimations through our simulator tool. Continuous Improvement: Drive the development and enhancement of our simulator tool to create a robust software solution that supports our operational needs. Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop and optimize forecasting processes to meet internal and external customer requirements, utilizing industry trends and customer-specific demand patterns. Inventory Optimization: Support inventory strategies through effective SIOP execution that aligns with demand and supply planning. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or related roles. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP and MRP systems is essential. Forecasting Expertise: Familiarity with forecasting tools and best practices, including the ability to develop forecasting models. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to manage large sets of complex data. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
