As the MAS Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of the maritime sector for a more sustainable tomorrow.You will lead the development of cutting-edge consultancy solutions in MAS, contributing to in-house capability development and play a key role in academic and business thought leadership, bringing fresh perspectives to the forefront.You will transfer your expertise into BMT’s core business, influencing and driving positive change whilst showcasing your skills in bidding for and winning exciting MAS projects.You will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects—from technical design to successful delivery and management and keep a keen eye on maritime markets and technology trends, generating proactive responses to complex engineering challengesIn terms of location, we have offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Fareham, Weymouth & Plymouth and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings will be required. This role is available part-time, job-share or full time.
