An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Head of Social Care Services.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic leader to manage a range of social care services including short breaks and day opportunities (My Time). The registered care services are all currently rated good by CQC and are sited in various locations across Surrey.SABPs innovative approach to learning disability and mental health care has been recognised nationally (HSJ). Our learning disabilities services provide high quality health and social care.

Reporting to the Associate Director of PLD Services, the Head of Social Care Services will lead and manage the Social Care portfolio of the PLD Division within agreed resources, meeting targets and working within the Trusts Values and Vision, policy framework and objectives.

Previous experience of working with people who have a learning disability is essential, as well a background in Social Care Management.
