Fantastic Opportunity for a Head of Service Desk

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly innovative tech company supporting their bespoke software platform that has a real social benefit to their clients and its users.

As part of the company development, they are implementing an entirely new Customer Success function within the organisation and are looking for a Head of Service Desk to support heading up the new team.

Service Desk is a key part of the function. This is a part of the company that people will interact with first, it is a crucial factor for the success and reputation of the organisation that the Service Desk professional is efficient and effective whilst supporting people to achieve their potential.

What you will bring

  • You will have experience in customer-centric organisations, with an understanding of Customer Success culture and how Service Desk activity fits into that
  • You will have history of leading service desk teams, and an understanding of what it means to be a leader - helping to shape culture and build sustainable and effective practices
  • You will have a data-informed mindset and a focus on continuous improvement - an appreciation for lean thinking, genuinely agile working, and humane candour are all positives
  • You will have a people-first mentality - we believe that happiness, safety, and security matter, and we want you to share in those beliefs

Salary - £55,000

Location - The role is fully remote however if you prefer you can work from their Leeds city centre office
