We have a new and exciting role for a which will look to combine customer service skills and experience, with a passion and commitment to recruitment, retention, staff wellbeing and support. This role will require excellent administrative and communication skills and could be an incredible development opportunity. In this role you will assist with ongoing recruitment and attraction campaigns to grow our clinical temporary staff bank, promoting our Trust and our values. You will provide administrative support as part of the Temporary Staffing Engagement team supporting with health and wellbeing reviews, appraisal, training and promoting the temporary staffing bank as the incredible team of staff that it is! To succeed in this role you - Have previous office administrative experience - Direct customer service experience and skills - Are an excellent communicator - Will be an advocate for our important temporary staff group. This is an exciting time to join the expanding Temporary Staffing Team, who work closely with a wide range of teams including Education, Human Resources, Recruitment and Clinical Teams.
