Ground Worker/labourer

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, laying pipes, and installing underground utilities
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment including shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors
• Assist with the installation of irrigation systems, drainage systems, and landscaping features
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working on construction sites
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment

Skills :

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Effective communication skills to work as part of a team

Note: A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Salary : £18.00-£30.00 per hour
