You will be an excellent team player with the enthusiasm, commitment and drive required to quickly learn new information and skills,also develop strong working relationships in a fast paced, target driven environment. On day one, you will be enrolled into the IMPACT Academy, a training program which offers a blend of on the job and group training sessions, provided by some of the most successful recruiters in the industry. You'll be supported every step of the way, byyour team, manager and a personal mentor. Your main functions in year one will include: Producing professional CV profiles to be used in client marketing Achievement of weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager Tradewind is the top education recruitment agency in St. Albans, and one of the fastest growing across the UK.
