X2 Permanent Front of House – Royston, Herts – FM Service Provider - £10.90 per hour Exciting opportunity for a Front of House to work for an established company situated in Royston, Herts. The successful candidates will have a proven track record as a Front of House and will be able to work the below hours.  Hours of Work: Monday to Friday  8am to 3pm - 30 minute break  11am to 3pm - no break  Key Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products Perform basic food and drink preparation  Take payment and keep financial records as required Empty cash vending machines or cashless loaders Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise Keep the area clean and tidy  Deal with incoming calls / emails / enquiries / complaints  Order new stock needs  Report to line managers  Health and safety  Risk assessments  Dealing with all mail and documents  Perform daily paper/computer work she/he is assigned Manage bookings  Basic administrative duties  Requirements: Experience in customer service  IT proficient  Basic administrative experience  Independent, confident and willing to learn  Able to work in a fast paced environment  Please send your CV to Paige at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
