Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our bars. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth in a growing Hospitality Business.

Duties :

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues, such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions
  • Perform general repairs, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation
  • Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types : Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.50-£12.54 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
