Are you passionate about food? Do you speak fluent Chinese? Ocean King has an exciting opportunity for a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator to join our team and help us shape the future of our brand with our brand new state-of-the-art facilities.

We're looking for someone who can speak and read fluent Chinese, and has experience in sales administration. As a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and assisting with sales orders.

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining customer accounts and providing support to the sales team
• Preparing sales orders and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions

Requirements :

• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and/or Cantonese (both written and spoken) and English
• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Salary : From £23,100.00 per year
