You will have the opportunity to lead and drive our performance and reporting, leading through a collaborative and experimental approach allowing our teams to move at pace! As Senior Manager you will:Bring your own creative thinking to the role and support our agile ways of workingLead teams ensuring high performance whilst collaborating effectively with partners across the Group, including Audit and other partnersProvide effective leadership for the function and participating in business strategy, influencing key collaborators as a member of the senior management teamLead on senior level engagement and acting as a focal point for all team issues and support to leadership team, meeting their needs and the needs of their team.Represent the CIO at relevant Group governance forums and working groups whilst collaborating across a wide range of technical teams to shape and influence decisions and present strategic and cost solutions.About usJoin us and, as well as making a difference to customers, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling career where you’re free to be yourself.
