Job description We are currently looking a Customer Services Agent for our Global customer based in Hayes (UB3)
Position is on-going agency with the possibility of permanent.
Pay Rate is £26,400 pa paid hourly £12.85ph
Hours of work: 0730-1600 (1530 finish on Friday)
Requirements are as per below:
- Customer service experience (or similar)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work is fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages knowledge
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Job specification:
- Handling all internal queries using an inhouse portal (training provided)
- Generating regular customers reports on a day to day basis
- Managing internal and external communication
- Operating various internal systems.
- Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and providing feedback where necessary.
