Job Role - Fleet Compliance Coordinator

Hough Green Garage Ltd is a long-established business that remains family owned. We provide a National Rescue & Recovery service to a wide range of customer base.

Duties :

  • To manage fleet compliance in line with current legislation and within the Policy & Procedures. To support operations with technical expertise and knowledge ensuring compliance levels at depot level are achieved and maintained.
  • Overall responsibility for the control of all costs relating to scheduling & compliance
  • Responsibility for forward planning all scheduled legal events within set timescales, 6 weekly’s, MOT and services ahead of time so as not to affect overall fleet availability to the operation.
  • Ensuring all legal documentation and ensure these are scanned and uploaded in a timely manner on to the systems.
  • Manage suppliers and raising of purchase order numbers, ensuring costs are controlled
  • Legislation Adherence.
  • Health & Safety.
  • Keen to leave a lasting impact and legacy on the wider business.

You will have previous managerial experience in a similar administration/scheduling role, you will have worked in a vehicle fleet management business before within a supervisory/managerial capacity.

Job offer: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30

Salary : £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
