They are seeking a confident Production Manager to lead a critical department in their process, offering strong people leadership skills and manufacturing management, including delivering on key KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day production operations, ensuring optimal resource use and meeting production targets. Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures to uphold exceptional standards. Enforce safety regulations consistently across all production processes. Coordinate and execute production schedules in accordance with customer orders. Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and lead necessary changes. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals. Work closely with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering) to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Drive continuous innovation and improvement within the production department.
Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Production Manager or Team Leader in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of production management systems and Lean manufacturing principles.
