The role We're looking for a new permanent 16 hour Supervisor to join our small, friendly team here at the Bury store! Our Supervisors provide leadership and coordination on the shop floor, as well as supporting the management team with back of house tasks.

Communication is key to running a successful store. Create and maintain the right systems in place to ensure all staff can effectively communicate with each other, both on and off the shop floor.

Lead from the front and demonstrate 5* Customer Experience yourself while on the shop floor. Be aware of your shop floor at all times through observing and listening to the consultations taking place. Providing clear and consistent feedback and direction to the team on their customer experience is key to shop floor leadership. Ensure work is delegated throughout the management team in order to maximise your time spent on the shop floor.

Applicants must be available 4 days a week including one day of the weekend.

  • Experience leading and motivating a team (Desirable)
  • A passion for the Lush brand, from products to our ethics and values
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable with giving feedback and direction
  • Leading by example, providing 5* customer service to all
  • Support team development through training, coaching and feedback
  • High standards of cleanliness on the shop floor and in back of house areas
  • Experience with stock management and reactive merchandising
  • Leading the growth of the business through driving sales and reaching business goals
  • Support the management team with daily and weekly tasks
