Reed HR are working with a leading charity who are looking to recruit a HR Partner for their North region. This role is working fully remote from home with expected travel circa 3 times a year for team away days. His is a full-time permanent role working35 hours per week Monday-Friday. There is flexibility on start and finish times within reason.

The role :

  • Advising Heads of Department, line managers and employees about any aspect of employee relations including TUPE, disciplinary matters, grievances, dispute resolutions, long and short-term sickness absence, redundancies, maternity/paternity, flexible workingand capability.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in the wider HR, L&D team and with colleagues across the company especially with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support Heads of Department and line managers on recruitment and selection strategies and with colleaguesin Learning & Development to support the identification of learning needs
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified is preferred.
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions that improve the impact on the delivery of HR practice.
  • Must be able to use a coaching approach when advising Heads of Department and other managers, to build on their understanding Is approachable and responsive to managers and staff
  • Ability to manage complex ER cases ‘end to end’ especially TUPE and redundancy cases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
