The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees while utilising data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and develop strategies for mitigating risks. The successful candidate will coordinate team efforts and central administrative functions across our UK & Ireland distribution network. Utilizing Power BI, the analyst will then analyse health, safety, and facilities management data, identifying trends, managing, and presenting insightful dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing workplace safety.People-First Culture: At Martin Brower, our employees are our greatest asset. You'll be empowered to innovate, experiment, and challenge the status quo as we work together to drive positive change and elevate our performance as a team.Your Key Responsibilities:Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing safety education initiatives.Utilising business intelligence (Power BI) to analyse health, safety, and FM data across our UK & Ireland distribution network to assist site-based teams in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Managing insightful dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics related to workplace Health, Safety, and statutory FM compliance.Collaborating with DC Health & Safety Managers and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing health and safety practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving workplace safety and reducing occupational hazards.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in health and safety data analysis.Supporting in the development and implementation of Safety tools to assist Line Managers/DC Health & Safety Managers in day-to-day activity, compliance, and continuous improvement.Technical Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven experience as a data analyst/ AdministratorProficiency in Power BI? with the ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Evidence of commitment to personal and professional developmentBe an active contributor within a team and the ability to work on your ownThis position requires:Analytical skillsInterpersonal skillsTechnical ProficiencyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detailEthical ConductIn return Martin Brower offers career growth opportunities, through training, mentoring and gaining diverse experiences within the business.
