We focus on their strengths, helping them realise the opportunities that are there for them in their future.Outdoor Eduction This post will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Outdoor Education for Aurora Brooklands School. Teachers are expected to plan, deliver learning, assess progress being made and report on it, and evaluate the quality of delivery so that it can be improved in an on-going way.Activities include: Survival skills, fire lighting, den building, outdoor cookingExploring wildlife and their natural habitat Walks, trails and orienteering Safety outdoorsTeam building, team games Duties will vary, you must expect to diversify and lend a hand wherever is required. Skills and Qualifications Essential:Level 2 qualifications at Grade 4/5 or above in English and Maths and three other subjects.Level 3 qualifications (such as A Honours degreeWillingness to pursue study to achieve QTS/QTLSAn Interest and/or experience in Outdoor Education Benefits and Additional Information What’s on offer?
