Busy Bee Recruitments are working with a leading community care provider and are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Field Care Supervisor to come and join their dedicated and friendly team of healthcare professionals based in Newmarket.

What will you be doing?

  • You will deliver high quality support and care tailored to people’s needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
  • You will create care plans that are focused on our client’s service users and asses the outcome.
  • You will make sure our clients services and plans respect the service users’ choices.
  • You will provide comfort and companion ship to those in your care.
  • You will undertake observations on those in your care and will document this as necessary in their care plans.
  • You will attend appointments, social visits, and days out with those in your care.
  • You will assist with medication.

Essential :

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • You must be over the age of 18 to apply.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle ready to go.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends.
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
  • Satisfactory references.
