Our client is a national multi-disciplinary property consultancy with offices based across most of the major cities in the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for 3 Building Surveyors to join their team based in Leeds on a contract basis to support them on a particular large piece of work within the healthcare sector.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Chartered or have gained a similar level of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Contract Administration
• Design & specification of building and remedial works.
• Surveys - Condition, Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition.
Qualifications:
• BSc Hons Building Surveying or Architectural Technology or other similar construction subject.
• A Chartered Member of the RICS, or CIOB, or CIAT and RIBA or similar qualification
Our client is offering flexible working/hours and an excellent hourly rate that is flexible and will reflect the individuals level of previous experience gained in a similar role.
