About the job
As a Senior Care Assistant everyday will be different, you will be assisting people with their daily lives whilst always ensuring dignity and respect. This will include helping with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding and encouraging independence. You will be teaching and leading by example, less experienced staff. You will be working as a team and your role will also include supporting the management team (and shifts will include weekends and evenings on a rota basis).
