We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a friendly and driven IT team for a modern, professional solicitors based at their offices on the beautiful Hull Marina.
This role will be supporting the senior members of the IT Team with the day to day running of the corporate network.
If you have a passion for IT, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Duties to include; Logging ICT support tickets received via the telephone (ICT Helpdesk)
Assisting staff who require technical support via the ICT Helpdesk
Network support
Hardware maintenance (PC, Laptop, MFD)
Maintain stock levels of consumable (Toners, IT Equipment etc.)
Setup of meeting rooms with any ICT equipment required.
Qualities required; Some knowledge of ICT systems
A keen interest in IT - networks / software
