An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated experienced midwife to join our labour ward team at Hull Women and Children's Hospital.
The Hospital is part of the Humber Coast and Vale Local Maternity System, this senior midwifery post will provide an opportunity for the successful applicant to explore innovative ways of working locally and within the LMS.
This is a senior midwifery role and there is an expectation that the post holder will fully participate in the clinical and professional leadership within the organisation.
This post requires an enthusiastic and motivated midwife with excellent leadership and communication skills who can demonstrate focus and commitment to creating positive birth experiences for women and a nurturing and supportive environment for staff. Excellent management and leadership qualities are central in maintaining a forward thinking maternity service that places women and their family's needs at the heart of what we do, as well as creating a dynamic and innovative environment for staff.
