Role
You play a key part in delivering No1 Lounges food offering to a great standard every time.
Responsibility
- Preparing and cooking No1’s food offering
- Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean
- Monitoring food stock levels
- Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
- Following SOP’s in line with Health and Safety guidelines
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience is desired
- Working as part of a team
- Hospitality Experience
GENERAL
Please note, we are open daily throughout the year from early morning until late evening and shift work will be part of your working week as the face of No1 Lounges. Therefore you should be willing to work early morning, evenings and be prepared to work on a rolling shift pattern.
