Administration Assistant

Metro Mechanical is expanding, and we are looking to recruit an additional Administration Assistant to work in our Pumps Team based at our Gravesend HQ. The role will involve administration and supporting the department with day-to-day requests for both response and planned drainage works for our high-profile Nationwide Customers. You will be checking and updating client portals and keeping clients informed on the progress of jobs, updating job requests, and assisting with scheduling work and liaising with engineers. Additionally, you will be involved with ordering materials and plant, answering the telephone and general administrative tasks. This is a very busy team so the ability to communicate well and work under pressure is essential. Working hours: 37.5 hours (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm), Monday to Friday.
