WE Talent are working with a large and growing client based in Colchester who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Being the key point of contact for queries from internal teams
  • Log calls, resolve and escalate when needed
  • Maintaining and updating logins for internal systems
  • Assist with delivering systems training
  • Attend team meetings and participate in the administration

Requirements :

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Previous experience or training in an IT related field would be beneficial but not essential
  • Confident to learn new skills
