Provide inspirational leadership to the Court of Protection & Private Client team including recruitment, motivation, training and supporting of team members as requiredImplement and monitor departmental plans to deliver Fletchers’ priorities and projects as we continue to grow.Support the budgeting process for Court of Protection & Private ClientLead the Court of Protection & Private Client department directly managing the departments operational needs working with our cost and finances team to manage all key reporting metrics.
