Job description Working as part of the Lotus Natural Foods Group and working closely with the Marketing department and Creative Manager, these would be some of your main responsibilities Producing both creative designs and artwork for print and digital along with animationMulti-tasking ensuring attention to detail remains, and have the ability to accept critique and builds on creative workInterpreting different briefs and working collaboratively with the Creative Manager across a wide range of projects Ideally a middleweight designer with experience in a creative agency or a similar flexible in-house role This role requires you to get stuck into/You will also take the lead in interpreting briefs and all production criteria is met whilst working in an innovative, fun, office environment.We are a highly ambitious team and as a result, you will be given great opportunities to develop in the role and take on more responsibility quickly. Profile Alongside living our TOP values of Team Spirit, Open Dialogue, and Passion, the most important things we’re looking for from you are:• Proficiency in Adobe software; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects and the experience to know which software to use for each task. Skills using 3D software packages would be an advantage.• A solid commercial knowledge of print - specifically packaging and POS – and be confident working with single and multiple language designs across all media.• Experience in taking direction and the ability to apply this creatively across print and digital projects, from packaging and POS to social media and animation.• Experience using Adobe AfterEffects.• Confidence with the MS365 suite including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.• A meticulous nature to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across multiple tasks.• A flexible, broad minded-attitude to protect our brands’ integrity but also push boundaries where appropriate.• A calm head to work on multiple assignments directly or in association with other members of the team as directed, ensuring that all projects are carried out efficiently, of a high standard and in a timely manner.• An organised brain to develop and maintain creative asset libraries and centralised resources, following established studio operating procedures.• A desire to learn new skills and develop further within a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.You will enjoy a face paced environment, be flexible and adaptive, be a great team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
