Our client, a Main Contractor, based in York, are seeking a Design Manager to join them due to continued growth. The role requires work across Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham, they are happy for the Design Manager to be based in any of the locations mentionedas long as they are happy to travel and work from home.

The Design Manager will be working primarily on new-build residential developments across the UK. This will include traditional mixed-tenure housing, apartments, PRS schemes and student accommodation projects. The Design Manager will be responsible for lookingafter projects from inception to completion managing all aspects of the design process.
