This multi-product retailer is looking for a department manager to join its prospering team and help them continue on their venture to exceeding customer needs. As industry leaders, the company places a large emphasis on the investing in their staff and would like to welcome an individual who is keen on developing themselves and their team.The role will be comprised of driving service through your team on the shop floor whilst handling the compliance side of things. There will also be a third party management of a department and administering training where necessaryComing from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience providing high levels of customer service.
