If you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, Elysium Healthcare can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.As a Medical Administrator you will be:Supporting the Registered Clinician with letters and general documentationSupporting all meetings as minute taker as requested chaired by the Medical Director, SMT or ad hoc.Receiving and record typing, checking, and amending for spelling and grammatical errors, completing within given deadlines.Participating in the administration, development and evaluation of regulatory matters.Co-ordinating the hospital diary and the whereabouts of the cliniciansBooking in meetingsArranging Conference CallsTo be successful in this role, you will have:IT skills including Microsoft OfficeExperience of audio typingCommunication and organisational skillsA minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalentKnowledge of mental health and medicationsWhere you will be working:Address: Middlewood Clinic, Little Ashfield, Midhurst, GU29 9JPMiddlewood Clinic is a brand-new 12 bed mental health inpatient unit for young adults aged 18-25 in Sussex.
