If you’re an experienced Administrator Assistant , this may be a new opportunity for you to work with a property services company based in Tidworth. In your new role as the Administration Assistant , you will be responsiblefor developing, implementing, and operating control processes focussed on supporting the business’s needs and proving administrative support to the team.

As the Administrator Assistant you will:

  • Co-ordinate arrangements and produce minutes as necessary for several meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the change team, filing and acknowledging submissions, updating file records, and arranging distribution of reports.
  • Raise questions and maintain internal records of equipment holdings.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take a proactive approach to day-to-day issues arising in the absence of the Office Manager and Director’s PA.
  • Renew copyright licenses and newspaper subscriptions.
  • Update the media contacts database.
  • Be a First Aider and Fire warden for the team.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven document control experience in the hands-on operation of a document control function.
  • Proven experience in an office administration environment.
  • Minute-taking skills.
