Role:As a Credit Hire Litigation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and managing a portfolio of credit hire claims from start to finish. You will play a key role in providing legal advice and representation to clients involved in credit hire disputes. Your primary responsibilities will include:Investigating and assessing the viability of credit hire claimsGathering and analysing evidence to support your client's caseNegotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessaryCommunicating with clients, insurance companies, and other relevant partiesKeeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law related to credit hireWorking closely with other members of the litigation team to share knowledge and best practisesSkills and Experience:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:Extensive experience in litigation, ideally within the credit hire sectorIn-depth knowledge of credit hire practises and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProven track record of successfully handling credit hire claimsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentattention to detail and a strong client focusWorking Pattern:This is a full-time position, which means you will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
