Our client is seeking a team player who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing the best possible customer service, and continually looking to improve. You must be proactive and able to deal with periods of high pressure, to ensure you remain productiveand meet deadlines. You will need excellent relationship building and communication skills.

The role involves:

  • Manage and take ownership of a caseload of Commercial Property damage claims within limits of authority, from start to settlement
  • Build and maintain effective Broker relationships

The person:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised, reliable, pro-active, positive attitude; always seeking improvements in own performance and service provided to customers; Team player
  • PC literate
  • Represent the team and company both internally and externally in a professional manner
  • 5 GSCE of grade C or 4 or above
