7.5 Tonne Cherry Picker Ipaf Operator / Pressure

Power Wash Cleaning and Power Lift Access Hire provide exterior high pressure cleaning to domestic and commercial customers but also for the last 4 to 5 years have been providing truck mounted access platforms (cherry pickers) from 3.5 ton to 7.5 ton) for hire.

Requirements -- IPAF 1B Certificate

• 7.5 ton licence (if you passed before 1996 you will have an automatic 7.5 ton license.
• A good knwoledge / experience of cherry picker would be an advantage aswel as not be affraid of heights
• CRB Check will be required
• Steel Toe Cap Boots
• Punctual, honesty and reliability is a must Responsibilities/duties -The job primarily consists of operating both our 3.5 ton and 7.5 ton Van mounted cherry pickers. Meeting various customers on site and providing safe access for them, operating both from the ground and in the basket.

Sometimes early starts are required and weekends due to customer requests. generally operating around the Northwest predominantly but further affield may be required also.

You will be expected to maintain, clean and look after the MEWPS and do various daily checks and fluid top ups etc.

You will also be required to provide safe access using our trucks on our own work cleaning and jet washing roofs and buildings, car parks, driveways etc also assisting with the cleaning and tasks

A good level of fitness and pressure washing experience or roofing experience (working on them at height) would be an advantage as would a mechanical background, however above all, a 'can do' attitude is important!

Part time / Full time hours with plenty of scope for overtime

There will also be opportunities for overtime and extra weekend work aswel as the periodical mandatory weekends, generally Saturday
