Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching music in a primary or secondary school setting. Excellent command of music theory, instrumental techniques, and vocal training. Strong ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management skills to maintain a well-structured music program.
