Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Ørsted QHSE Management Review, incl. creation and improvement of the process and follow-up on agreed actions, helping to ensure our global management system is suitable, adequate, and effective. You’ll also play an important role in securing that our management system remains in compliance with relevant ISO standards, e.g., ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and 55001, advising process owners and content creators on the content needed to satisfy external requirements.

You’ll play an important role in :
- driving the Management Review process across the organisation, ensuring it is conducted in accordance with our annual wheel and meets all internal requirements and those set by ISO standards
- coordinating the data collection and preparation of the Management Review pre-read and presentation for the QHSE Committee, presenting your findings, and making recommendations for improvement
- following up on the progress of agreed actions from the Management Review, securing that findings are being addressed and effective corrective actions are being implemented in a timely manner
- supporting process owners and content creators globally with advice on ISO requirements and content needed to ensure processes in the management system comply with relevant ISO standards
- securing the highest levels of quality in our management system by conducting regular ISO gap analysis assessment, ensuring internal changes to processes and content have not impacted compliance
- monitoring new and changed ISO requirements and ensuring the management system is updated to reflect and satisfy current standards.
To succeed in the role, you :
- have experience in preparing and conducting Management Reviews and driving improvements and optimisation of the related processes
- are a skilled facilitator and presenter, with experience in delivering presentations to senior leaders and are able to communicate complex information in a simple, easy-to-follow manner
- have a thorough working knowledge of, and experience implementing, ISO standards, incl. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 55001. Experience in ISO 27001 would be an advantage but is not essential
- love working with a variety of stakeholders with different needs and have a natural ability to network and build respectful, collaborative relationships
- are solution-oriented, independently solving complex problems with a pragmatic, structured approach, and an understanding of the business needs
- are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
