Part Time Nanny

A confident, caring and passionate Nanny is required for a family of four, 2 -3 days a week between Stroud and Cirencester. The two days would ideally be Thursday and Friday.This busy, young family love to be active and enjoy walking, swimming, going to the gym and horse riding. They would love to find someone to compliment their friendly family who is positive and enjoys providing fun and stimulating activities for children. The position could suit someone who has worked in nurseries recently so has an up to date knowledge of the EYFS and lots of ideas for activities to support the children’s development. Someone with experience of speech and language development would be a bonus as their eldest require some support with this currently. A Nanny with understanding/knowledge of SEN is important. Some flexibility to work ad hoc or extra days would be beneficial.The children love to spend time outdoors, going to the park or playing field nearby, exploring and they enjoy music and singing so someone with these interests would be ideal. The family also have a friendly dog and it would be great if someone was keen to walk the dog too.The boys attend nursery, currently 3 days but they would like to reduce this so they have important time in the comfort of their home. One of the days you work the children will be at nursery so your duties on this day will be nursery drop off and pick up, walking the dog, laundry, tidying the children’s rooms and play areas, cooking for the family and generally keeping on top of things at home. A cleaner is employed once a week so no deep cleaning is required.They live in a fairly rural location, in a 4 bedroom cottage within a small village, with a good sized garden.
