Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Hook.When you'll be working:Waking nights Mondays (10pm-7am)1 shift a weekWith flexibility to pick up additional nights for other team members holidayWhat you'll be doing:This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs (our client has a tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube) in his family home overnight.
