Division info : The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

Summary of position : The role of Graduate Finance Business Partner will report to the UK Finance Manager and provide assistance to the finance department as well as the wider business.

Main responsibilities :

• Delivering process and financial control improvements across the business
• Month end processes such as journals, investigations, and variance analysis
• Support annual budget & forecast processes
• Providing financial information and KPIs to key stakeholders across operating sites
• Reviewing product margins and providing insight into cost variances with ongoing

investigations and support to program managers and the Deputy UK Controller

• Payroll and audit support to Finance manager
• Ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications :

• Looking to complete Accounting Qualifications CIMA
• Ability to drive change and deliver business improvements
• Robust and able to challenge the status quo
• Advanced excel skills, with excellent attention to detail, but able to see the big picture
• Proactive at raising issues and results orientated
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload
• Strong academic background
