Client Support Administrator, St Albans. Salary up to £35,,000 (Dependent upon level of experience) Excellent benefits including a bonus and at least 2 days working from home

This is an excellent and interesting opportunity to work for an IFA firm who have a client centred approach and are experienced in helping clients with complex needs.

The purpose of the role is to provide client services, and administration support to an IFA practice who offer unparalleled service to their clients.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide support to the whole team, including Financial Advisers and clients.

You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.

Your duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Client Services Manager to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out

  • Deal with client queries including valuations, policy information and transfers and client invoicing and chasing aged debtors

  • Skills and experience required :

  • A minimum of 18 months experience within Financial Services

  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively

  • You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs, Investments

  • Excellent organisation, communication, and numeracy skills both written and oral
