  • Diary and deadline management
  • Updating the CRM
  • Preparing bundles
  • Billing and WIP reports
  • Organising client meetings/lunches
  • Fee earners travel arrangements
  • General administration

To be considered for this role you will have :

  • 1 years experience in a similar role within a law firm
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A CIPA administrators certification would be advantageous
