Duties:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

Experience :

  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,802.00 per year

Education :

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience :

  • Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
  • Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare or Equivalent (required)
