Working hours: Monday to Friday Alternative Saturdays The successful New Homes Sales Manager will be offered: Basic of £53,000 OTE of £85,000 (Uncapped) Annual award trips and prizes A paid day off for your birthday Career progression Personal private health care New Homes Sales Manager requirements: Have previous Estate Agency and New Homes experience. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times. Display high standards of service and presentation. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth. Full UK driver’s license Key tasks of a New Homes Sales Manager: Work closely with the local branch teams to ensure sales performance and instruction opportunities are maximised. Support clients to maximise the marketing of their stock units using our industry-leading offering. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region.
